I'd like to drop it a bit, but then I wouldn't be able to get to work as quickly (have to take a whole different route to avoid speed bumps) or park when I get there as I have to get up a rather steep curb :pTREGZY wrote:your 30mm off a good looking zed there....

I take it from the complete lack of replies everyone hates the new headlights but it too polite to say so :D Oh well, I like them, they make the car look much more complete. Wanted: one Breyton Magic 18" wheel
Managed to buckle one of mine to the point of it needing 90g of weight added to one side to get it balanced. I know they're incredibly rare, but if anyone sees one for sale anywhere (I've got my eye on the usual places ;)) can you let me know! Will definitely consider wheels in need of a refurb, as ...

Staggered tyres on non-staggered wheels
Had my wheels off to clean them yesterday, and discovered the fronts are in pretty bad shape - tread is fine, but there are a few stones wedged firmly in the rubber and some cracking that's only going to get worse, so decided to get them all replaced, as the rears that came with the wheels will need...

Brake disk size on a 2.8
My Z3 is a 1999 2.8L. I've bought some replacement front disks, and which are 300mm, but the garage has just told me they're too big. The company I bought them from has checked all their product listings for my spec car, and all the manufacturers list it as needing 300mm disks. Any idea what size th...

Finally got round to fitting my new headlights that I ordered from JustRoadster about a month ago. Decided to go with the chrome surround, as the front of the car looked really dull compared to the shiny rear lights and shiny door handle. I know they're a bit like Marmite on here, but I like them! h...

I have some of the greygate and some of the renovo polish, and use them regularly, but still get the problem of water staying on the window after it's stopped raining. Rear window water repellant
Has anyone used water repellent on their rear window? I was looking at some in Halfords, and figured it would be useful, as reversing after it's been raining isn't particularly easy when you can't see out of the rear window because of all the water on it, but everything they sold said not to use on ...

LHD drivers side chrome door handle cover.
When I bought my chrome door handle covers off ebay, I was sent the LHD drivers door one at first by mistake. The seller sent me the correct RHD one, and didn't want the LHD one back. If anyone can make use of it, it's yours. It's not cost me anything, and not bothered about the £1 or so it'll cost ...

Fitted some chrome door handle covers today. Not completely pleased with them, as the passenger side one isn't exactly the same size as the existing handle, and leaves part of the non-hinged section uncovered. Might end up replacing them with actual chrome handles at some point. http://www.svenlowry...

Autoglym roof cleaner without a hose...
I've bought the Autoglym roof cleaner and protector kit, and the roof really needs cleaning, but I don't have access to a hose to use. The kit instructions say to use one, and a friend who's used it says you really need one to get the best clean, so does anyone have any suggestions for an alternativ...
