I can also confirm swapping roofs is not a huge task. 16 screws along the back on the inside. Motor ball joint and slowly break the seal. i used a replacement seal that came on a roll which made it easy to re install.

Just for info, When i refreshed my M the parts i ordered were as follows: Koni adjustable shocks (deamon Tweaks) Black diamond brakes / braded hoses Was on standard springs later changed to Apex 35mm springs Re inforced rear top mounts from ebay. I can second what Brian is talking about. I have written a guide on changing those bushes on the.org fourm.
I fitted powerflex to my M and fitted the OEM bushes to another zed.
If anyone needs help with these bushes or any bushes in the rear end im willing to help any zed owners on here.

Good luck on your search. I was watching the market all last year with cash waiting for a low mileage S54. In the end i settled for a low mileage S50.
I did go look at a couple but just as bandman gee is, I'm quite fussy with the attention to detail.
