It does look like a nice, cared for example.
I reckon it is "competitively priced" because of the high mileage. Some punters will be put off by that regardless as to how well its been maintained - which may be a pity.

Re: Le Mans 24Hr
I went to the Classic Le Mans last year in my TR4, but will not be going to the normal Le Mans this year. Instead this year, my son and I are going to the Spa Francorchamps Classic in late May. We are going a roundabout sort of way, calling in at Compiegne then to see the old racing circuit at Reims...

Thanks :-) Boot spoiler comes from eBay, a place in Taiwan and fully painted correctly for your car. The colour match is spot on, I have ordered 3 of these now and everyone has been perfect. Best thing is I think they are now down to £21 fully painted and posted! That looks really good - I assume i...

Re: Amazon Sale 4pm today, c-tek battery charger
At £60 it is still comparatively expensive even though it is a well known brand. I bought a charger from Lidl a couple of months ago for £12 (?) when they had them on special offer. Looks exactly like the C-Tek one and comes with a 3 years warranty. Seems to be working well on my TR's battery. Regar...

Re: AFTERMATH....and 2013.
Which makes me wonder if anyone else on here will do that sort of mileage in their Zeds this year? I get the impression - I might be wrong - that many of them on here are pampered, high days and holidays cars. Mine is still pampered and will be fastidiously maintained within an inch of it's life, bu...

Re: AFTERMATH....and 2013.
My plans are quite simple really.
To keep driving my little Zed throughout the year. I reckon I'll do around 30,000 miles in it this year (if not a bit more)
I've done 10,200 since I bought it in August.

Re: WANTED: Z3 Front Bumper Marker Lights
When I bought my Z3 in the summer, one of it's marker light lenses was cracked. I looked on Ebay with no luck apart from some very overpriced items in the USA. Out of desperation, I thought I'd try my local BMW main dealer Blue Bell in Crewe and was astonished to learn that they could get me one wit...

...and therefore the most expensive?
As much as I think it looks nice, if you start using it, you potentially reduce its value.

Interesting - and slightly worrying - about what you say about bodyshops. Mine is still in the bodyshop and apparently part of the delay with them starting the repair was with the bodyshop (ADR in Macclesfield) trying to convince the insurer that my car was a borderline write-off. Bearing in...

I don't want to spoil the fun, but your insurers are likely to increase your premium next year "...because you are the sort of driver that people drive into...". It doesn't matter that you are 100% innocent, they do it anyway. :head: Yes, I am sure that you are right :( but hopefully with...

There is some justice in the world.
My Z3 is in the bodyshop after being bumped by a third party. The SOB drove afterwards, but fortunately the place outside where I was parked had CCTV and the manager offered to check it for me when he'd got time. I heard no more for a week and assumed that I'd have to pay for the repairs myself and ...

As a newcomer to both Z3 ownership and this forum, what better way to introduce myself than to post some pictures. My car is a 2000 2.0L model which I have owned for about two months. Having had company cars of some description for the last 20 odd years, my new job didn't come with a car. The upside...
