Thanks, will check it out, some one suggested that I can connect my VHS rec/player to my DVD rec/player but then I would need to edit on PC. I could use a DVD+RW. does that make sense?

Being very very old I have a lot of VHS Tapes and was thinking of putting them onto DVD, there are free programs available for download which I will try first, any tips would be appreciated.
First; How to transfer from VHS tape to hard drive. I have Dell inspiron 530 and running Vista home SP2.

I remember an Art Gallery that I went to 30 odd years ago where there was a 'Holden HQ' wrapped in roofing iron, now that was impressive and a pretty good defence against stones :lol: Was it the French who put corrugated iron on their cars? - well at least the panels were corrugated. Has anyone experienced this ? I suspect it is a seal perhaps an “O” ring built into the pump motor does this mean a new motor or can you get replacement seals ??

I have always used photobucket (free version) but you are limited to 1GB then you have to upgrade to a payed version or delete some of your pics which will of course remove them from wherever they have been posted and leave a little red cross X
