Re: User Profile
That works!
Bet that was a sight - 30 Healeys. I see a few at Prescott and one of my Morgan pals now owns a 3000 after selling his +4 Morgan.
Thanks for sorting that - I shall input the other details once I have the car, hopefully next week.
Cheers,

That sounds like a great road trip Rob! I have done LeJog in my '76 Morgan, but sold that car 4 years ago. The present one has done a Highland trek. I shall be looking for some interesting road trips next year, in the Z. Fixing the problem. May be easiest just to shorten the colour name? It's a nove...

Wanted - Bentely Z3 workshop manual
I have found another 1.9 Z3 which I hope to collect next week.
When I sold my last Z in 2010 I also sold the Bentley manual.
Anyone got one they wish to sell to a returned owner?

That didn't take long. A Palmetto Green Z3 1.9, 1999. Deposit paid this afternoon. Hopefully collect next week, trading in the commutacar Fusion. They are changing the rear exhaust for a standard part - drone of the sports exhaust was awful above 40mph. No way I could do long distances without ear d...

As someone who found the Z3 replacement Z4 not very attractive I think that looks awful.

Re: Tewkesbury Classic Car Show 19th & 20th August 2017
I have been meaning to attend this one for several years. One of the organisers also competes at Prescott in a very tidy MGA. Unfortunately, this year was bad timing, with Prescott Breakfast Club early on 20th (several friends went to the car show from there) thence on to Madresfield Court for a Mor...

Did anything ever happen over this?
Just curious - used to live in Cleeve and occasionally used the Apple Tree. Now not much further away in Cheltenham.

After trading my 1.9 Z3 for a Boxster S in 2010, life is moving in near full circles again. I still own the Defender 90 I had back then but a different Morgan 4/4. The Boxster lasted a year before I decided that possible major engine problems meant time to move on. After several not so interesting m...

Removing wind blocker
No roll hoops on my car, so the mountings for the mesh windblocker go down through the plastic trim either side of the rear storage box. It's a BMW item. The wind blocker prevents use of this storage box, which I could really do with when on longer trips, plus it covers the hood space when folded do...

I've seen this one on another forum a long time ago.
I've just gone to reply to a post in the Z3 section (re: number plates), but get the above message when clicking on Submit or Preview.
Can't remember how I got round it the last time!
Any suggestions?

Prescott Cleeve Vale Rotary Classic Car Event May 8th/9th
This event has been held for several years. On Saturday it comprises a 60 miles (approx) Cotswold tour. Any vehicle can be used for this - I used the 90 last year as my '76 Morgan was having some chassis work done. I plan to use one of the Mogs this year. On Sunday it is more classic car based. The ...
