odd heater problem

Hi all another problem, this time with my heater. It's always been inclined to only get going if I turn it up as far as it will go, but now it takes forever to warm up and seems to be linked more to engine speed than anything else. After about 10 mins, if I am driving down the motorway it will be bl...

window problem

Hi all I'm having a problem with my windows - it started on the driver's side but is now affecting the passenger side as well. If it is raining or, now the weather's got cold, damp at all, the window only moves VERY slowly. It works fairly normally in the dry. It doesn't make the clunking sound I've...

Tyres - what's everyone using?

I put some new front tyres on 2 weeks ago as they were close to the legal limit - I went for F1 GSD3s again. Then, just after they were fitted, I had an encounter with a pothole, as some of you will know. I had to get a replacement rear wheel & a new tyre, & I decided to go for 2 new wheels,...

I'm with Tesco, it's about £300 p.a. for my 3.0i '2001. The excess is high though, & went up when I changed from my 1.9. I pointed out that apart from the engine most parts were the same, which made no difference. They don't charge extra for non-performance-enhancing mods though. I looked at go ...

The hardtop is warmer and quieter in winter and has the benefit of a heated rear screen.
