unscrew the aerial mast is the problem............ Grrrrrrr i have had a pipe grips on it the bottom plastic part, and it wont come off... this is why i wondered whether i could pull the whole thing out with the grommet even if it means cutting the old grommet... then once its out i can dismantle it...

i didnt realise he did an exchange that may be worth me considering... as for the wheel its real grotty...dunno about rarity though the gear know is an unusual colour too.... the leather is aweful thats why theres a cover over it i knew this when i bought the car... the prvious owner put that thing ...

This is mine, had it double padded, with perforated leather at the sides and smooth nappa top and bottom finished off with silver stitching to match the colour of the car and my carbon dash. OK..... so i have a replacement antenna grommet.... and looking to replace it... when i bought the Z3 then antenna was a long stainless steel rod with a short rubbery plastic piece at the bottom with the genuine bmw grommet at bottom !! i wondered whether its either a replacement antenna mast, or so...

i dont really want to go pulling it about i did notice loads of big pieces flaking off when i was inspecting it, hopefully it will last a few months before i need to go changing it... I just wondered if its an all in one job, or if just the front section could be replaced...?

I assume the loop in the front of the radiator is the power steering cooler mine looks like its seen better days, is it much of a job to change as i had one go on my saab and was left with no power steering...

got to remove those tacky rear bumper protectors not my thing the last owner put them on, also other thing i did was remove the washer bottle and give it a good cleaning and steralising.. it was absolutely disgusting... just a tip if anyone is going to do this... baking beans what are used for cooki...

I have some white leather that you can scuff master if you like... Im assuming you will need to treat whatever it is you are doing anyway? what is scuff master ? really could do with either a passenger seat with good bolsters in beige, or a small piece of leather the same /similar size of a bolster...

so its probably going to be rocking horse manure....!!!! i have seen some covers that stitch over the original i dont know how good they would look though... anyone ever used a decent cover i have a cover over mine at them moment fitted by the previous owner but it looks terrible and is way to thick...
