Just ordered new rear window. Spent last month rejuvenating old one only for it to now split. put a bit of a dampener on a good day.

Looks like i will be driving solo so just the one meal for now.

I had a similar problem but managed to get Torque wrench in just enough to loosen a notch before using standard ratchet.
Used copper slip when i put them back to help next time round

Bought mine with the silver Gills on. Fortunately previous owner also gave me the original blue ones now back on.
Matter of opinion but i prefer the originals. Feel the line looks more fluent.

Checked the route via the link, looks a great route know some of it no doubt the rest will be just as good, great driving roads. Only just realised start point only a stones throw from where i first had sight of my Z and bought it on the spot so bit of a homecoming.

Why a "full face helmet" for top down?
Have noted also the requirement for a sleeved shirt (Is this long sleeved) as a big Polo shirt fan especially when driving!

Got the spaces today now reading everything I can to give me the confidence to do the job, taking the Z out Saturday to a Meet at Finningley airport to see the last remaining Vulcan. nice weekend forecast so hope to get the seats done after that.
