I would say about 3 hours, but that includes drinking lots of tea, thinking time :rtm: and hoovering out the carpet under the seat. I just took my time as I didn't want anything to go wrong. Now I know what I am doing, I think I could do it in under two hours. But my other seat seems fine :D Are you...

Hi Everyone I decided to upload this item for all the information I have received since my purchase of my Z3, as a way of repayment. I hope this post helps someone and gives them the courage to replace the seat belt guide properly. :) The first step in the process involves removing the driver’s seat...

My off side mirror was damaged, and when I did find a second hand one it was £130, so I priced it at the dealers and it was only £150, only £20 more than a second hand one :head: I also had to pay £25 to have it painted at a local spray shop. Bye the way the new one does not come with the glass part...

Do all Z3 have drain plugs on the block and the radiator, I've looked under the car and I can find any. Is this the block plug? http://i814.photobucket.com/albums/zz70/eko1076/enginebolt002.jpg Is this the radiator plug if so how do you take it out? http://i814.photobucket.com/albums/zz70/eko1076/dr...

I replaced my wing mirror recently as my mirror was also moving about while driving. The good news is :D that it is quite stright forward to change, just two bolts and a wire plug the bad news is :bawl: the cost. I tried to get a secondhand one but they are like hens teeth, so a new one was £145 unp...

I was thinking off using Tesco oil in my Z3, so I was talking to my brother about it, and he said to compare the codes on the back of the container to see what the standard of the oil is. So I've been to Tesco and Halfords etc writing down the codes of all the grades I could find :rtm: Then found ou...

If I remember rightly I paid about £35 8-) The only problem is that they don't come onto ebay in England that often so you may have to wait a while. I was out bid on two manuals before I was succe...

It seems to depend on who you talk to as to which car is a classic or not. I'm sure that there are lots of cars that most of us would not consider them as classics, but there owners do love there own car, and that is what it is all about, if your car gives you great enjoyment, to pot with what anyon...

Perspex for less than £25 what do you think?
Having seen the Perspex wind breakers for the Z3 on various web sites, I thought to myself, that it just looked like a shape cut out of a flat piece of Perspex, surely I could do that, so I decided to have a go myself for a few reasons; 1. The web sites all said that the Perspex wind breakers would ...
