Battery
Car had a flat battery after being left in garage for 3 weeks, I don't think I left anything switched on but I've now been trickle charging for a couple of days and will have a go later and see how it goes. If I haven't left anything on to cause a drain is this an early sign of a defective battery? ...

Battery in key fob
The remote buttons in one of my keys is getting a bit 'lazy' so I'm going to change the battery, before I do so can anyone tell me whether this is simply an old one out / new one in job or do I have to reprogram the key after? Oh, and does anyone know what battery it takes? Many thanks Alan

I'm shortly going to fit some new rear shocks, am I guessing right that its probably worthwhile changing the top mounts at the same time? And are the top mounts main dealer only or are they available as a pattern part? If so are any of the pattern makes significantly better than others?

I get that 'pop' from the exhaust on my 2.8 if I blip the throttle when it is cold?
Also, if I start it from cold and just leave it running in the drive just ticking over after about three or four minutes the engine will cut out? Starts again straight away and then no more issues.. any ideas anyone?

I'm sure I read somewhere that you can 'upgrade' the front discs to ones with drilled holes and scored lines? Does anyone know of a reasonably priced good make? Can you use them with the original calipers? Do you have to use different pads?
