Looking at it again, it looks like the air intake system under it rather than the ASC. Plenty of room by the look of it though, can anybody else confirm?

Another place you could try is Event Tyres. I've used them a few times including for the Zed. They come to your home (or work) and they are good prices.

I had a similar thing with my Zed a while back. Wobble at 50 - 60mph. Turned out to be a sticking brake caliper.

Bad luck with the battery. IIRC when I changed mine last year there was a vent pipe which ran from the side of the battery. Is this what you're calling a cable?

Well I think the most expensive water pump arrived this morning from the US, well if didn't actually arrive I had to pick it up from Parcelforce ! So laid out £146 for the pump including postage to the UK then Parcel force wouldn't delivery it until I paid a further £41 for handling and VAT import ...

Don't know why black was a common sorry popular colour in SA. You'd have thought a light colour would have been chosen.

Believe it or not, but Lidl do a great battery charger/conditioner. I bought couple in 2012 and they are a great piece of kit. £11.99 each if I recall and with a three year warranty too. I`ve used the Gunsons Eezibleed in the past with good results, but not yet on the Z. You would need to ensure the kit contains the right size cap! Cheers, Steve. IIRC the 'Battery Master Switch' was fitted at the factory so the battery was disconnected while the vehicle was in transit. The dealer removed the switch as part of the PDI. You'll never find it

I've got the 2.2, plenty of poke (for me). When driving carefully I get mid 30s but it drops to low 30s when 'pushing on'. Never got less than 30mpg though. Love the sound of the 6 pot as well

Maxxis MAZ1's are a great all rounder and are also a decent price. They have a good looking tread pattern as well, I think I paid about £75 a tyre for 225/40/18s.
