4) Top Rear Storage (Need to Remove Wind Deflector To Access)
Do you have the perspex type wind deflector with the stainless hoops or the hair net type?

If it's the hair net it may be fitted the wrong way round. not sure about this but worth a check.

The friction material has probably de-bonded from the metal backing plate of the brake pad.

This happens when cars have been stood for a length of time and water penetrates between the 2 surfaces causing corrosion and forcing them apart.

I have to say I copied jonttt and fitted the Becker Cascade and what a superb unit it is too. What has not been said, which is a real plus for me is... MP3's can be stored and played directly from the CF card which contains the maps. so no need for an iplayer. Of course you will need to copy the map...

I think the best course of action would be to get the VIN number when viewing the car and ring Park Lane dealer up - would they give me the registration number logged against their records at the time for that VIN? This means the car should be on a 'R' plate, however the pictures on Pistonheads clearly show it as having a 'T' plate (1st March - 31st July '99). Thats a terrible loss, its a lovely looking car. I do hope it does not get broken up for parts.
Will keep my eyes open for it when I'm up and down the motorway.

Try searching the coupe forum for the pics of Chatsworth, you could then look at who attended with a coupe. Only about 12 I think.
