You may need to set the tuner region to Europe in the submenu. Depending on which radio you have, the options menu is usually entered by holding down a button or two.

You can't lock the car if the driver's door is open. Maybe the door closed sensor is duff. Is the interior courtesy light working correctly or is it jammed on? Also, the locks are slow to respond [1 second maybe as the alarm diasarms before popping the locks] but they should not be sluggish to opera...

Estocks, I have the original screen, is there any point in attempting removal? Maybe with a solvent it will come off without melting the plastic, but bonding it back on withhout any bubbles and with the right refractive index and correct mounting height against curved glass to make the angles work ...

Rain sensors need a set of prisms bonded to the screen at the factory. The sensor detects the refraction through the dry and wet windscreen to detect water. The parts for the prism are not available to buy and cannot be removed from the screen without destroying them. I know, I've tried! http://img2...

Sorry estocks I'm not making myself very clear. If you use you car regularly then the battery should be OK. However, I understand that you can prolong a battery's life by routine charging and topping up - ie giving it some maintenance /TLC. Does that make more sense? Ahh gotcha! :D Well this batter...

Vauxhall Main Dealer sells Delco Pro batteries at a good price. I just bought one AC Delco Premium battery (GM Branded), 70aH [biggest they had in stock for petrol cars] £74 inc VAT. :D Should have a decent warranty too, not that I'm likely to use it. http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k190/coldpost...

Yours looks like a 1.9, and I don't know that engine bay so well. On a 2.8, lift the bonnet, the siren is next to the passenger wheel well, under the fuse box, pointing down at the road. Lift the rubber cap, insert the round key and turn the sirens from off to on.

BMW do all sorts of bluetooth, but it's a really large and moreover expensive retrofit.

You might be better off with a new bluetooth headunit with iPod support from Becker or Alpine. Check you don't have a footwell amp to deal with, as most cars had this terrible setup.

The chirps cannot be disabled per se. You can use the round key to mute both sirens, including chirps and alarms. Holding down the red button should trigger the panic, including the indicators.

Cut it out and fit a sports cat (100-200CFM), if your emmisions are low. Made a world of difference to my power output. I had mine done in Cardiff isn't it?

When they banned ground effect cars they also banned suspension that allowed enough travel for the car to touch the ground. Some expansion of that ruling would ineed be needed to prevent another tragedy.
