There's a huge variation in skills out there, the only common factor is that we are doing the most dangerous thing that most of us will ever do on a daily basis. Your government has decided the other people are suitably qualified and has issued them with a licence to drive. All I can suggest is that...

It's difficult to always be politically correct. My mate was driving my Z4 back from Mid Wales with me as a passenger, so I had lots of time to observe fellow road users. I was being making disparaging comments about a car load of youths wearing baseball caps when I realised my friend was wearing on...

I'm up for a South Mimms meet. Any thoughts on route--other than up the M1 and M6? Autoroute reckons it's almost 4.5 hours without stops using motorways which means something like a 1:15 pm start to get there by 6pm. I'd be up for an earlier start and a more interesting route. For example, using the...

BMW to use 'M' badge on motorrad products
BMW is expected to shortly announce the first of its 'M' bikes, a variant of the R1200GS enduro/tourer. Rather than a road bike that can also go offroad, the high-performance model is expected to be an offroad bike that is road legal. http://www.zroadster.net/or-1882.jpg Pictured at a recent off roa...

So that will be by Whittington Tump then? It's never been excavated but is widely believed to be a massive neolithic round barrow. Also known as Crookbarrow Hill.
