Great add. The opening shots (IINM) are the Auckland (NZ) Sky tower with the Waitemata Harbour in the background. Closing shots on the Auckland Harbour Bridge. Other shots of South Island roads. But also shots of left hand drive roads. Could be set up or another country. Pity its not a Z. That would...

3M Coupe
Spotted last night 6.00ish Black, Dark Green or Dark Blue. Covered in mud and road dirt. In the fast lane (of course) on the North Shore (Northern) motorway. NZ. Very rare over here and great to see.

Have a 3.0 with power hood but NEVER leave it down when the car is out of site or not using it. Nothing kills the upholstery quicker than sunlight and evening damp. Also the plastic back window will have a permanent crease where it folds. You will also suffer the same crease trouble if you leave it ...

Silicon travels a long way when sprayed anywhere. The overspray can go for many metres. The areas affected, (should say infected) should be washed down with a silicon thinner/cleaner. Then wiped aggressivly with a solvent containing toluine or similar. Then before painting, the area should be sanded...

Hi Rodsy, Autodeck here in Auckland might be worth a try. They can make to your pattern and they advertise branded, not sure if that means BMW brand or other logo's. Worth a call though. WWW.autodeck.co.nz
or 0508 288 6332.
Good Luck
Regards Kruisn.

Hello Nicola, A group of us in New Zealand have just purchased sruts from Cosmo in a bulk buy. Cosmo were helpfull and easy to deal with. Freight is a big portion of the cost out here and cosmo helped with their discount. Strong Strut was also a contender but the cost (by the time our terrible excha...

Thanks very much for the advice. There were no instructions (at least not arrived yet). Seems the $tealer recommends 25-30 newton mtrs (about 19.0 lbs/ft) for the turret nuts. I checked the nuts before I started and they were 7.5lbs/ft. Surprisingly loose in other words. We will give you an update w...

Strut Brace Fitting
A bunch of Zders out here in Kiwi Land have purchased Cosmo struts in a bulk buy, and now we need some comments from buddies that have already fitted them. We have a 1.9ltr, several 3.0ltrs, and an M. It seems it is a staight forward job but there may be a trick or two. 1/ Car must be on leve...

ChrisXL and Kipper. Looking at your photo's you both have the small grey pipe. Running from the top right of the radiator. Chris's pipe runs down and left under the radiator hose and then if you look carefully you can see it running below the intake. It would pay to see if one of the pipes has been ...

Hey Klipper, how is your strut brace. Have you got it fitted yet?. If so did you notice any clearance probs under the bonnet, ie; did it dent the bonnet or touch anything it shouldnt. We have read comments on Bimma that the strut has dented the bonnet when it is closed. They could have the wrong str...
