I dont understand when folk are saying that a 265/40 will look taller than any other 40 profile? isnt it the 40 profile that gives the tyre its hight regardless of width................... They seem to be a common failure and as Robert says there is a write up how to change.

It is the bulb and holder and is usually quite stiff to remove and not easy to see. It is the same bulb that is in the base of the ashtray to illuminate it.

We live near the A5 in Warwickshire/Leicestershire where MIRA is and see loads of chequerboard cars. They must be fairly well on with the development to be out on the main roads or they are working on some facelifts. We saw the new Ftype a few months back + the odd Maclaren and Lambo.

The wheels look like the spiders from a 535 and if they are 18 check the profile size so that they don't upset the rolling radius of the wheel against the standard.
