Your GPS is only accurate to within 10 metres, and the speed calculation is dependant on the sampling rate. Thus the speed calculation on a GPS is based on two indeterminate variables that have a potentially significant spread of (in)accuracy.

I know that magnets work on limescale. They also clean existing problems. So if your boiler is furred up you can reverse the process with something like this.
