just a question,i have used my zed all weekend top down,and i have noticed a smell of petrol,on a off while driveing.i must say there are no signs of a leak when parked up,or anywhere in engine bay,it appears to be after a good fill up and when excelerating,its on and off.any ideas please of what to...

its race glaze 55,its a bit costly but theres about 35-40 applcations,so you can layer it.

just a foot note i had the bottom bushers replaced ,tower stut brace fitted, got that of the forum and new avon tyres good ones,fitted today and the differance on the country lanes i live with is unbeleveable.it feels like a new car in every way.

could any one advise me on if a k and n filter will improve air flow,on my2.0 z3,or is fitting a k and n induction kit the best option,and easy to fit because i have noticed there are sensors on the air box ect,and can they upset what is, a very reliable engine, your expert advise will help.

i had just the same problem on a 1999 2.0,its dead locked and it was the dood aurticulator in the door,my local garage did mine,he opened the doorwhile locked shut by removeing the door card and manuly moveing the dead lock part on the black box like unit.it was a new one required to sort it out,it ...

the silica gel once left out the small packets is very alkaline and can burn the skin hence the warnings on the packet not to open etc,litmus will prove this,to stop this you must lift the ph by a acidic liquid like lemon jucice or clear malt vinegar then wash with plenty damp clean rags and repeat ...

mines a 1999 facelift 2.0 six my first z3 i love it and all the sixs sound great,however i will let my wife have this one,i am looking bigger now,the 2.0 is nice but i feel a bit quicker would complement the sound better.pete
