It looks pretty sad! Seller goes on about how rare it is and then wants to break it!!! I can only assume it has NSF accident damage as he carefully has avoided showing that corner and the stance looks wrong. It could, of course, be leaking between cylinders and may not be showing any oil / water symptoms but then I suspect it would run like a pig if it started at all.
A compression check could spot this eventuality also.

Sounds like it does have air-con then. Heated seats too a bonus!
Check the air-con works if it is fitted since it can often be an expensive fix if you need a new condenser rather than just a gas recharge.
If it's not working then this is a price haggling tool!
