I'll dig out my order from BMW when I did mine, from memory I went for the lower profile pads for the best (lowest) ride height and it's been great - providing the wheels aren't unsuitable

+ 1 they're the ones I fitted although didn't have an issue with rubbing at all. At the same time as swapping the springs out I also replaced the shocks with the standard Sachs ones - ran 235s and 255s without a single issue.

It's underneath the boot floor, opposite side to your exhaust. Assume it's accessible from underneath.

Depending on age, it's probably wise to check that the spare is still in good condition as they can corrode under there ;)

Haha, I guess it will if you put some new sticky stuff on it ;)

What I would do is use Autoglym tar remover to get rid of the old stuff and then put new 3M double side on, it'll be the same (or similar) stuff they use from the factory.

Totally up to you though mate, no bother either way :D

Hi Ian, your bonnet badge will fit nicely with the two lugs and feels quite a tight fit however the rear badge and side gills badges are slightly smaller IIRC and rely on double sided tape to actually stay in place. Whilst these slightly smaller badges appear to have two lugs for fitting they don't ...

Mate I'm in Wolverhampton, I have a spare set of Z wheels. You are most welcome to use them whilst your wheels are in refurb. I use a company in Cannock who are excellent - JP Alloys. I think £50 per corner incl stripped, keyed, powder coated, tyres back on and balanced. Can't recommend them enough ...
