Mike is dead right, an amazing museum especially all the 1950's experimental forerunners to flight as we know it today! I keep going back time and time again, and never tire of it.........but I like aeroplanes. :thumb:

Locking wheel bolts

Got 8.5 ACS's on the rear with 20mm spacers. The standard BMW locking bolt thread is approx 25mm and that is the only length thread they do. I need a pair of 45mm thread locking bolts, can anyone recommend a manufacturer for that length thread? (M12 1.5) Thanks http://i1360.photobucket.com/albums/r6...

Rocky Dave and myself have been going for the last six years. The show gets bigger and better each year. We're going on Friday this year as I'm working over the weekend. Certainly a brilliant day out......as long as you like cars :thumb:

Oil leak got worse :( New crankshaft oil seal,so new clutch, clutch release bearing and gaskets while we were at it (old one was oily and done 128k). Also crankshaft end plate found to have fractured for some reason, so replaced too. Regas aircon. All done by a man who is a highly respected Sytner t...

Nice looking motor Lomoto! The OEM hoops and deflector come up here or eBay quite regularly. Also try Quarry Motors for the hoops. Easy job once you've all the parts and correct trims, plus lots of info here on the Knowledge page. :rtm: Cheers

Maybe I lack such a sophisticated sense of humour Umm....perhaps you do, but sometimes one has to "chillout". Clearly Pingu knows his stuff (plus Health & Safety by the looks of it), and he was just having a bit of fun, therefore I personally would allow him a little more credibility....

My 97 2.8 Roadster with separate remote started to alarm randomly. My battery was old and didn't hold its charge for very long, bought a new battery and quiet as a mouse....so far :wink:

800 miles to Spa Classic and back plus another 800 pleasure and work, she now has a good carbon coating inside and now sounds even better. Diff and G/box oils changed and even my local 'indi' chap complemented on the underside bling! :D
