It looks like I am going to be able to make this, I just need to print off a ticket.

I will probably drive straight there, I might just have time to wash the zed, and although I would love to bake a cake I don't think I will have anything like enough time.

See you there.

Finally confirmed that the trip to Scotland has been postponed so got a ticket for Lotherton today :D Now just got to try and persuade Mrs ZC to bake a cake - difficult as I am very low on brownie points at the moment

I had a sticking caliper on Tuesday and have just got it free so to be safe we'll be taking the short route to Lotherton via Ferrybridge and will be at Ferrybridge around 9:30/9:45 if you want to meet up.

I looked earlier at the weather and it was showing fine, just looked again and it's now saying mainly cloudy with 25% chance of rain! :head:

I think it just depends on which weather forecast you look at as none of them are guaranteed to be correct :D

Car cleaned, cakes in the oven, so nearly ready. :D

Bill, yes I'll meet you at Ferrybridge at 9.45am. Should just about be able to make that, provided I load the car up tonight.

Dave, I have no idea if INPA will tell us why you emissions are out, but if it has logged any engine fault codes I will be able to read them.

See you all tomorrow. Weather forecast doesn't matter too much as we have somewhere dry to stand/sit and chat/eat.

I had forgot about about this meet and managed to bribe the wife into letting me come along IF we went shopping in the afternoon :D

It worked.

Even she enjoyed looking at all the different Z3 cars.

We were right at the end of the Z3 parade as we arrived at about mid-day.

What a day weather wise, much better than Beamish!

Next Sunday will be probably my last outing in the Zed before he gets put away for the winter :(

Catch you all soon.

Would have sent a few pics but the board attachment quota has been reached! WTF!!!!

Great to meet you all (some of you again) for this - The drive from Redhouse was great, just added to by the small (never noticed!!) detour. Those little spiders were a menace though.

Been in The US from the day after the event and just opened the garage to find the car covered in webs, must have brought some of the little blighters home with me!!

Does anyone know if/where the CITP photos are located? I've tried to find them on their site but the page appears empty.

Sorry it's taken me a while to putting up some photos. It's been non-stop since the show. I'm afraid my zed photos weren't terribly inspiring, so I thought I'd post a few of some leggy birds for you to ogle.

A very nice time was had by all. We had a plentiful supply of cakes and the sun shone. It it weren't for those pesky spiders it was almost a perfect day. Thank you to all the other bakers and everyone that helped with the magnificent - certainly gave us somewhere to sit and chat and who'd have thought we'd be using it as a sunshade!

corky, you're cupcakes were very nice - I finished up taking a few home with me, so I had them for supper. :D
