Just had a quick look at the CITP website and Newby Hall is now showing as Sunday 10 May and tickets are now available.

For those who haven't been before the system is quite straightforward

1. Register on the CITP website - it's Free.
2. When registering select the ZRoadster Group - this helps Chris who runs CITP to organise parking.
3. When available purchase tickets through the website having purchased your ticket then you just print it and bring it with you.

These tickets are at a discounted price at £6.00 per person (the normal price is £10.20) but without your CITP ticket you have to pay full price.

As it's similar to previous years so for now the meeting points and times can be the similar to last year:

Ferrybridge Services M62/A1(M): Arrive from 08:00; Depart 08:30
Sherburn Church: Arrive when we get there; Depart 5 secs after arrival!
Boroughbridge, Morrisons Car Park: Arrive from 09:15; Depart 09:45

If necessary we can amend nearer the time.

When posting please indicate which meeting point you will be going to.

It's a bugger as it was a good day last year but it's my brothers birthday weekend so I'll be up in Lancashire seeing him.

Got the Z3 out of the Chicken Coup and ready for an Easter weekend in the lake district.

That's a pity as its the flower show weekend that usually means lots more visitors, etc. There is Lotherton Hall later in the year, usually in September and Chris (who runs CITP single handedly) has hinted on Pistonheads that there might be a new summer venue this year.

Hi, contemplating this with the little lad.. (If the M is back from the doctors in time)... whats the plan after getting there? how long are we there for and is there anything happening afterwards?

The CITP Cars in The Park) Event is a static show with cars being parked in groups. There are no set times and, if we stick to the timings, we should arrive around 10:00am after that everyone is free to do what they want to. Details for Newby Hall itself are HERE, in the past groups coming from similar locations arrange return jouneys to suit themselves.

Hi steve - we are aiming to arrive around 10am, or very soon after. When you arrive you need to make sure that you get directed to the ZRoadster parking area.
