I was going to say, "don't ask me".
P's One V3 didn't seem to want to play the itinerary even though it had an "itn" folder, as it didn't seem to have the menu option that lets you open them. I don't think it was just me being thick - Dave couldn't find it either.
Would be nice to know which versions do support it.
Cheers R.

Google TYRE and TomTom and you'll find a very useful program that uses Google maps to build up an itinerary ready to transfer to your TomTom device. You need to be canny to find the link 'cos it's in Dutch but it's worth the effort. It is so much easier that doing it manually on the TomTom screen.

some of the TT ONEs needed to have the Itinerary unlocked in the firmware. Roaders did it to his just fine. I can't find a link but give him a shout and I'm sure he'll help.Robert T wrote:I was going to say, "don't ask me".

I use http://www.houghi.org/tomtom/. I find googlemaps more reliable than autoroute when it plots the waypoints to ITN.
Re: T.y.r.e.
I used TYRE to plan all the routes for my european road trip and it worked brilliantly. I have the installer file - pm me if you'd like it emailedmotco wrote:Google TYRE and TomTom and you'll find a very useful program that uses Google maps to build up an itinerary ready to transfer to your TomTom device. Seduced by the zed side
Dave and I used Google Maps to plan our little Tatton bimble - and the he turned it into an itn file using TYRE. Seemed to work very well, so another recommendation for that combo here.
Will have to look into the unlocking thing, pop_sausage - though the TT in question is 100 miles away from me now.
