new stereo

hi ive just bought a new head unit for my 1998 1.9 z3, its an alpine unit and sounds and looks great, now i want to upgrade my speakers, but dont want to do to much messing around something that will plug and play type lol have any of you guys got any suggestions, and before anyone says use the search tool i have and its pants, its not very specific ive heard a few complaints about the search tool , can anybody update it at all
