When you zoom in close (125, 250 or 450 yards) you get children - which appear to represent schools, and little blue target circles. Does anyone know what the latter represent? - I've driven to a couple, but can't see what it's meant to be!

Aiming points - you get red bullseyes for OAPs - and if you wipe one out it tallies your score

Maybe you need to elevate youself by a few hundred meters and you will see a blue circle on the landscape....
