That actually looks quite cool!

Good find!

Don't think its same as using your phone whilst driving as you're not holding it to your ear talking which would mean you'd only have one hand on the steering wheel and not in full control of the vehicle but if its secured to a holder and you're just using it to change tracks or radio or navigate its no different to using your stereo or Satnav.

If your using a handset in any way and it distracts you, it may get you stopped if your seen. Likewise playing with your sat nav may be construed in the same way.

Its about driving without "due care and attention"

i like how you can change the colour of the iphone and get an amber back ground.. bet it would look awsome. no need for a phone charger either!
