Z4 USB/iPhone upgrade

Hi All,

I have a z4 with built in satnav, so i don't want to change the HU, but I do want to add in a usb/iPhone connection.

I've come across this. Anyone have one? What else has everyone done?

I did a lot of research on this for my Z4M a few months back.

If you want full iPod connectivity and head unit display etc, then the Intravee & Alpine unit are your best bet -> http://www.toysinyourcar.com/acatalog/intravee.html .

I unplugged my cd changer and used the new kit. About a half-hour job and it works perfectly.

The other units (I think, through research only so correct if wrong) offer similar functionality but in a reduced capability. For me, track/ playlist display and full artist/ album/ track naming on the display were ultra important. If you just want to listen to an iPod then there are alternatives like DICE and one other I forget the name of.

I'll happily shoot a vid or two of my setup if it interests you.

Price seems steep, but I do miss my iPad.
