Ah, fair enough. I didn't realise that they'd come down that far so quickly. I'm happy with the Z3 at the moment and really ought to be saving for a house deposit, but I could spend the deposit money on a Z4 next year or soon after...

Sounds too good to be true. Trade in value for this variant and mileage is between £10 and £12 K depending on condition. Could be though that it is being sold for genuine hardship reasons - maybe to pay off mortgage arrears etc.
Now with both the 411 bhp Supercharged Z3MR and a WRX STi Wagon getting a 3.4 litre transplant and an XKR with mods planned.

Fast is good, faster is better. Wheeeeee !!!

There are crazy deals at the moment. Just traded our 23 month old fiesta 1.4 tdci with 43,000 miles for a year old top of the range fully loaded ex Ford motor Company 1.6tdci Fusion. £4,000 to change . allowed £6,000 on the fiesta which was £1,000 more than I was offered 2 months ago when it had 38,000 miles on.
I enquired about a new one at a different garage and the salesman's opening words were 'Its the end of quarter and we need to sell 5 cars to get our bonus'! I thought he was going to tell me his family were starving at this point as he seemed so desperate.
Fuel economy is probably hitting the saleability and values right now too.
