**REDUCED £6,695!!!** 2002 Z3 3.0 Sport (inc. hardtop)

2002, 3.0 Sport, blue, 74,500 miles, MOT Sept 2010, Tax Feb 2011, FBMWSH (last service 4-weeks ago at Bowkers BMW, Preston). All 5 green lights still on.

Hardtop, full black leather, Electric Sport seats, Heated seats, Electric hood, Air con, Extended leather option (dash, doors, centre console etc), BMW stereo will 6-disc changer, EBC discs, EBC RedStuff pads all round, Uniroyal Rainsport2 tyres.

I reckon the hardtop and fitting kit are worth a fair bit on their own. This comes with the car (I won't split).

Also a classic style boot rack included in the sale.

I've done 30,000 miles in this car and it hasn't missed a beat. It's taken me to Le Mans, Monaco, Italy and Germany and the majority of the miles have been covered on my 30-mile motorway commute to work.

For sale because I need a deposit for a house. I really, really wish I could keep it, especially with the sunnier weather a longer days now with us.

***Now reduced to £6,695 - See latest post***

Car is located in Ormskirk, Lancashire. Viewing is welcomed.

Whoops .... but welcome to the forum

If you subscribe to the sports car being an "extension of the male organ" theory this is a very inopportune picture

Having said that, it appears to be a very tidy, well cared for motor.
Good luck with the sale :!:

Now selling at £7,395 on Autotrader and Piston Heads, with over a week left to run on the ads.

I will accept £7,200 from a Z3 enthusiast on Zroadster.net for a quick sale. Just mention you saw it here!

Everyone else will have to haggle hard to get it for close to that price!

£6995

It's been reduced again to £7295 on Autotrader. £6995 for a Z3 enthusiast on here!

I don't want anyone thinking there's something wrong with the car, which is putting people off when they view it. The truth is, nobody is even coming to view it!!

Hence one final reduction in price. If it doesn't sell at this price, I'll probably keep it because it's a well spec'd car that's been looked after, drives faultlessly, has a full service history AND it comes with a hardtop! It just means I'll have to dump the GF and not buy the house we're after, but desperate times....

I've just payed for 6-weeks on the Autotrader website, selling at £7,295. First person to offer me £7k will be getting a very nice car and a fiver
change.

Cheers, Neil

p.s. And I'll throw in the Paddy Hopkirk style bootrack that I bought for it.

Hi Neil, lovely looking car and one that would be at the top of my list if I didnt own a very similar one already. Can I be cheeky and ask what lower grill that you have fitted to it as it seems to sit much further back than the Zunsport one and I prefer the look of yours.
Thanks and good luck with the sale, someone will get a great car :)

Hi. I don't know anything about the lower grill I'm afraid. It was like that when I bought it and I assumed it was standard!

Ok thanks anyway Neil and as I said good luck with sale.
Can anyone else throw some light on the lower grill. Is it a standard grill on the 3.0L :?: or is it an aftermarket part as I would like to get one of these 8-)

As far as i can see it is part number 51117016906.
It's a black plastic mesh. Not shown in the pics, but refered to as a sport model specific cover @ $76.10 compared to $56.08 for the standard item (part 9) in the diagram.

http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do ... g=51&fg=15

This was my first time using Real OEM so it would be better to check with the dealer when ordering, just to make sure.

Let me know if you need any more info.

Bumpety-bump!

I've knocked another £200 off the asking price (£1,300 less than my initial asking price!).

£6695?????

Surely it's worth a look at this price, especially with the nice weather we're having now. I'll even brim the tank (with Shell Vmax, as ever) for the buyer! So that's £60 of free fuel.
