For Sale - OEM Hoops, trim, all fixings & Windstop to su

Post by badboyblue »

SORRY NO LONGER FOR SALE.

I'm chopping in the Z against a Smart Coupe - seriously I am.

Therefore available for exchange + cash adjustment is the full works to fit hoops to a Z plus an OEM windstop all in good condition.

Unsure as to the timescale but ideally the job will need to be done this weekend (Preferably Sunday)

Together we'll strip out your and my car and then we will both put mine back together, time permitting I'll then help you put your's back together (I'd guess this should take around 4/5 hrs)

I think around £250 + your trim sounds about right but am open to the best offer.

I live around 10 mins from Junction 23 on the M6, a similar time from the Worsley Junction on the M60, postcode area WN7.

PM Or call 07887 728 288.

Thanks

Wow, I take it that you have driven the Coupe or the Roadster a few times?

I always used to hire them at the airport when I came home from working abroad.
They are very low to the ground, and I found this a problem at junctions, if there was a (low) wall or something similar, it was difficult to see oncoming traffic.
But I must admit, they were good fun, :D but I don't think that I would buy one.

A local bloke here has just had this done to his car.

That's not low. :D

If one of them pulled up alongside me in the frog, it'd be towering over me.

Don't know what it is about those cars, but they always remind me of a 4 wheeled Reliant Robin

Yes, but frog's do if you poke them with a sharp stick or French bread.

SeaDog, thanks for the offer, I'll keep you posted.

Decided to keep the Z, at least for the short term.
Thanks and apologies to all that showed an interest.
