Well, technically it is a vacuum operated by an electric valve, operated by some electronics! Does the 2.0 have this? I though it was the 2.8 and 3.0. Essentially it closes off one of the tailpipes at low revs to make it quieter in built up areas.

On checking his Ebay history would you believe he purchased a BMW Service Indicator Light reset tool in February. Probably nothing remotely suspicious there.
Anyway, back in October of last year he purchased a "stunning seamless lycra honeycomb bodystocking", so he can't be all bad!
OXO queried the electronically controlled flaps in the exhaust and I confirmed that the zeds do have such a thing although it's a bit more than electronics. I just wasn't sure the 2.0 had them, but apparently it does, so there's nothing wrong with that bit of the ad...
