Hi Ray
Apologies for the delay in contacting you.

I think my computer has finally given up the ghost. I've had a lot of problems recently with it and basically wiped it completely and reinstalled everything on it. As a result my username and password which I had stored was wiped when I tried to log on to the site. I put my username in and requested a new password but the email address I have is not recognised for some reason.

I have today registered using a different name and need to contact the administrators regarding my old profile.

The case was sent last week but when I have checked on the delivery it was shown as being in the Kent depot. I have contacted them today and they have advised me that part of the address information has been damaged and it is currently on its way back to me and I should receive it tomorrow.

I will send it via Royal Mail/Parcelforce tomorrow/Wednesday depending on when it is delivered to me. Apologies for the delay but everything has happened at once!
