Hi guys

Im currently on the hunt for a good condition M roadster and if you have one or know of one forsale please let me know..

Id prefer a standard //M but would concider modded..

Hi Liam. There seems to be a nice one on Pistonheads, its in Scotland but a good price if its ok..

Have one in estoril blue, w reg, standard other than front strut brace and clutch hose upgrades. Less than 42,000 miles black blue interior, face lift model. Was going to pop it up for sale in the spring but would sell now as it will spend most of the winter in the garage. Just had full vanos overhaul with Mr Vanos this summer. If your interest let me have your email addess and i will email photos and full spec.

Nah - TT spends most if his time reversing it out of the garage

And - in winter it would stop those rough sheets from scratching the paintwork

I may have found my //M roadster....

Full Bmw history with Hardtop for well under 7k...

I think if people want to sell there zed //Ms there going to have to drop prices im afraid....

One cheap car doesn't set the value

The seller could have many reasons for his asking price and if you pick up a good deal then that's like a cherry on the cake

Well ive made an offer to a dealer £1500 less than the asking price.. I got a call from him saying he would except my offer..
Im test driving it saturday so if all is well i shall probably go for it

Given I bought my first Z3m 3 years ago from a dealer with warranty for £7,450 things have not changed that much

In practice these cars have hardly depreciated at all in the past few years.

I think the fact that these types of cars arnt selling due to the current climate and the time of year is on my side...
a year ago i think id have been lucky to get £200 off the asking price...

Good luck on saturday Liam, such a good idea to have a second pair of eyes to look around a car as the Rose tinted spectacles can easily make you miss the most simple of things?

I would idealy like to go for a forum members car but just cant stretch to current asking prices

Except I bought mine kept it for 2.5 years and it was mint and I lost 5k on it.

ps make sure you pre arrange with them to leave the engine cold so you can test it properly

I been trying to find the car he maybe looking at, only one I have come up with is this one. Looks a lovely example but doesn't mention a hardtop although it does have the fitting kit already installed. If its not the one I think I want it instead

Not sure it is that one as Liam told me it has 80k on it not 75k that one says it has, still looks a very nice example though. Might be wrong but looks like a becker stereo from that angle too.

Well unfortunatley it wasnt in the condition i expected....

The car was ok with good history but just Tatty... so unless the seller comes back to me with a lower price im going to keep looking..

So no ZM for me yet

Yes, I had a good look with liam today, and its not a bad car but it isn't in the condition liam would like.

It is a car that has been driven and serviced, but
not loved.

So I'm afraid the search continues. I took him out in mine to cheer him up.

Liam wants one in the condition of mine, and I don't blame him its like new.
