Re: Boot Carpets
I bought a roll of car carpet online in the right (nearly) colour for about £10, cut it to measure and attached it using a mixture of the original trim clips and double sided velcro.

Yes, a pic or two and a description of any specifics to bear in mind would be very useful advice.

Re: Boot Carpets
Here you go - just popped out and took a couple. Gosh, it's chilly!
The photo makes the difference in colour look much more than it is. I just cut the carpet to size using the old one as a template, leaving spare at the edges to tuck under the edges of the other trim. You need to leave a lot on the left side. What I didn't do, but should have is to glue some thin cardboard to the back of the carpet, at least for the upper section, to give it some rigidity. I have some spare, so I'll re-do it at some point.

Re: Boot Carpets
Cheers mate...that looks a neat job. I reckon that's the route to go.
Re: Boot Carpets
Neat solution, thanks for that
Re: Boot Carpets
I cut the hump out of the old carpet and spliced a patch behind it, using the old CD bracket bolts to secure it.
