do you have a silver Z and like to drive in the winter

Post by PCSAM »

this item is for all the sliver Z owners (other colours welcome :D )
no you like to drive your lovely zed in the winter months with the hood down on a dry cold day. (i do )
this item is for you . as its the official cold weather hat for the discerning Z owner :D
I don't know the paint code but im sure it will blend in well for our silver car owners 8-) or you can be more youth-full and do a colour mix (that's what all the younguns are downing )
remember folks this is official BMW stock so you are assured of the retail price in normal settings  its half price today for Zed owners ( I have nothing to do with this item , im just trying to big it up (as the younguns say ) and would love to see lots of these on our next winters day meet   ) 8-) :D
don't all rush at ounce for this item .. our south Africa members don't need this but I bet one of them will get one and get it covered in red leather
am I getting one .........no chance :D but my wife may get me one for my Christmas day (if dry) burnout :nerd:  :P

I think my buddy up in the wilds of Scotland has been at the good stuff again !! :cheers As for having one in Red leather, can I have white fur around the edges...might pass for Santa...at speed !! :D
That is an outrageous item!!
I wonder how many people have actually bought on of those...Looks like something one might need in a nuke fallout area...

this is what puts me off:

Damages to the goods, due to incorrect fitting by yourself or a dealer or workshop not authorised by BMW, are not covered under the warranty

I just know I would break it by putting it on the wrong way around.. :D

I could always ask my dealer to fit it I suppose.....

I have an element of 'M-styling' on my car, If that's a good enough reason for the manufacturers to adorn a 320 with the M badge, then its certainly a good enough reason for me..

For one spooky moment then, I had a vision of looking in my rearview mirror and seeing a Z3 with the top down and 2 people in it catching me from behind both wearing one of these- I am going to have a lie down now ! :? The even spookier thing is they have already sold 12 of them !!!!!!!!!!!

Well, in a strange, individualistic sort of way, I quite fancy one.
Not that I'd be seen driving the Zed wearing it. No, I'd like it for when I'm walking the dogs. You have to look the part when dogging.

Mind you, for summer I wouldn't mind one of these instead:

along with some cool shades man..

Looks like Titanium Silver to me - well Tit Silver anyway. :roflmao:

Roof down on both Sat and Sun, but hardtop on now, so no need for strange headgear now.

Cheers R.

You'd end up blinding other drivers with the reflection!

'Shammy clothes'
Is that what we use to call chamois cloths when I was a lad? The absorbent and hard wearing leather from the eponymous sheep?
