Just browsing online and saw this for sale. Not mine, but think it is cheap for someone who wants one and has the fitting kit. (Ad doesn't say if it is the full fitting kit).

Interesting, that same top is on eBay the moment with a current bid of £400, the add says that the seller is based in Glasgow
