BMW Business Radio still sought!

Post by zedzen »

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has or is considering selling a OEM radio that still has the pixels working?

Many thanks

Hi

Thank you for the reply. It's a 2001 and I have a sneak feeling it's the single cd player type. I am off to check over her tomorrow and will check then!

The Rover one of the same era is identical and completely compatible and go for about half the price on ebay and you can easily get a rover version CD radio for around £50-£70 and will even work with your CD changer if you have one. Some people buy the rover one and place a small bmw or M logo over the Rover one.

Heres a Rover one where someone has stuck an M badge over the Rover logo:

And heres an untouched rover one:

Hope that helps

I believe only the Business Radio/Cassette is compatible with a boot CD Changer, the Business Radio/CD is not. You will find some discussion about it on here if you do a search.
