It looks pretty sad!
Seller goes on about how rare it is and then wants to break it!!!
I can only assume it has NSF accident damage as he carefully has avoided showing that corner and the stance looks wrong.
Even with the escalating prices of the M there is only so much that can be done to keep them roadworthy and if it is a CAT C or D insurance job it will never be worth top dollar.

The stance looks wrong because looks like there is no engine inside. I would say asking prices are too high, don't bother to look at.
