Post by freds dad » Fri 25 Mar, 2016 08:18

Some nice individual decided to pull out my aerial and this has broke the internal plastic piece so I'm looking for a replacement.
Part number 8375159

Thanks

Try Andy - aka Spurs fan in a coupe... he will likely have one for you.

I had the same scenario with mine a couple of years ago and it was like searching for rocking horse s***. I got one from a scrapyard in Wales in the end. If you put the part number in real oem it`s also found on most 3' E36 cars which will give you more scope in your search. Good luck

Are they easy to fit?

Wouldn't mind having a new one.

Dead easy to fit. There might be something in the knowledge base. Always good to replace grommets if you`re going to do it. Grommets are cheap. New base is serious money though.

Ok, thanku.

It's the plastic piece that's visible on the outside, just a bit aged.

Look up the part number on http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/select , I think post and pre face lift are different.
