Best SuperCharger system for a 2.8 Z3?

Hey guys,
I tried searching, but naturally you hear rather complaints about manufacturers, and not praises, so,

Any supercharged 2.8 Z's here, who are happy with their setups?

I believe that the 2.8 Are M52 engines, right?
Do systems meant for 328, and 528 or M bmw's fit my engine?

I have an ESS V2-SQ on a M52 TU. Never had any issues and it's been great.

I understand the new TS2 system can be fitted but requires mods to the engine bay. Haven't found out what yet.

Marc (Topfuelking) had an ASA sc on his 2.8 and it was a flying machine, but wasn't without reliability issues. He also ran with NOS, so this might have affected his relability.

Most of the x28 conversions should fit, but my experience with ESS has been first rate.

I am currently looking to upgrade to increase boost now!

Is your engine is 2.8? I still don't understand all the codes...

Did it came with a custom ecu?

And needed upgrades like clutch?

Yes, it's a later 2.8.

M52 is the 6 cylinder 2.8 motor and the TU means Technical Update, which means it has twin vanos instead of single vanos on earlier models.

No clutch upgrade needed, so far.

ECU was removed and sent to ESS for flashing new map. As stated, no issues after many years and miles.
