I read this and it was a bit worrying.. basically says that BMW have indicated M52 engines cannot be supplied with biofuel????

It says Bmw up to 5.5%. Tescos 99 is up to 5% bio ethanol. I searched the doc for 'M52' can't see any mention of it.

I read that the same way. Suitable for all BMW engines except M60, M62, M52. Not sure why that is, unless the engine management is not able to adapt to the 5.5% biofuel. That's interesting, as Shell V-Power and other "advanced" fuels are part bioethanol, so that would be implying not to use such fuels with those cars!

Anyone know what cars those engines went in, and what production dates?

As to the interior - I think they are genuine flying carpets which reduce the weight of both the driver and passenger, thus allowing you to do faster!

Cheers R.
