Have just got, will be putting on soon:
HI0 FUD
Reason ? just, quite simply, because it makes me smile, on so many levels.

Methinks Rory may have to explain this to us "southerners"
H10 FUD ?
Fud is wot we eat
H2O FUD would = bread and water (well water and bread to be precise)
Or am I at risk of being totally thick? (as opposed to 99%)

I thought that was a "scut", or am I thinking of the wrong tufty bit?
Do you deep fry it?

Yeah it looks like FUD is a Scottish thing, I know it and and love it dearly, oh the richness of the language.

My daughters boyfriend is Scottish and she's just texted me with the meaning as he explained.... definitely a Scottish term !! and probably won't get explained on here I wouldn't think
I think she is shocked that her mother has asked her, judging by the answer, that's if we're on the same wavelength here

As an exiting post-script, I notice from recent press reports that there are moves afoot to re-introduce the wild beaver into Scotland.
