Car Orderded - happy bunny

Post by stu »

Decided the time has come to move our E60 530d SE Auto on for something more 'interesting' and agreed a deal today.

Offered 5k for the E60, which wasn't great, but can't be bothered trying and wasting massive amounts of time to find a better deal. It's a steal to be honest isn't it!

Anyway, when I get the new car I'll post some pics (keep quiet those who already know). BTW, it's German (yet again), 4WD and forced induction :D

You should have stuck a quick advert on here to see, I would have probably had that off you for more..

I've been offered more - 3 times so far, but to be honest, had loads of hassle & stuff I don't need trying to sell at 320d last year, which my Dad bought off me in the end! Hence decided that I'd work the loss off the car I'm getting - price to change is all that matters.

Someone will make a killing on this, but I want to pick the replacement up Thursday, so I have a deal I am comfortable with.

New one's 'previously enjoyed'. Getting a spare set of standard wheels and tyres for winter in the deal, plus full MOT, Tax, Fuel, Warranty etc. from the Best Local Specialist probably in the UK.

Was considering a few 'alternatives', but the car's so damn impressive to drive and comes with a full warranty etc. and price to change was pretty good IMO.

Will try and get to some runs soon :-D

BTW, the Z's staying, in fact, it's off for an upgrade to Defcon 5! If anyone can recommend, currently thinking to talking to CA Automotive and Simpson Motorsport?
