Just testing the water to find out if anyone is interested in doing something on the August bank hol weekend. Thought we could organise a 2 day cruise somewhere, open to suggestions

Anyone got any areas they fancy

We can either do Sat/Sun return Monday or whatever the majority want to do. Am thinking of doing up through settle hawes,Tan hill going up through Northumberland and maybe down the east coast to Scarborough but need to have a look at miles and whether this would be feesible. But if anyone has any suggestions then feel free to say and we can see what we can sort out.

Or even midway, quite nice around Mid Wales, Hereford, Malvern. Just a thought

What about a run over to the evo then to blaenau ffestiniog then through snowden down through the brecon beacons. Or like i said in previous thread.

I will put together a route for both Wales and Yorkshire/Northumbria. Possibly leaving Saturday with stay overs Saturday and Sunday and driving back Monday. I will create a new Topic and put it in the Cruise events once i have more details.

The proposed route if we do the Yorkshire and Northumberland. Will post the proposed route for the Wales area once i have done it. Then you can decide which you want. Possible stop overs Around Kielder water and Whitby.

Let me know if anyone has any comments reguarding any of the runs we decide to do. Plenty of good roads and scenery and also some fast ish sections

First part of the proposed route for Wales. Let me know what we think. Wales stop overs will probably be Aber whatever you call it then either Carmarthen bay or possibly Tenby.
