Insurance renewal for M

Got my insurnce renewal on Friday.
£544.29 for 2011 - renewal £477.64
Odd that it had gone down.
So went on line to the company where I insured my wife's Alpina the other week and hey presto £357.34
So my insurance has gone down from £544 to £357


Now I dont necessarily look for the cheapest but I am pleased with that reduction in this day and age.

Mine was £590 in 2010

Changed to LV last year for £440, just renewed at £387 with LV

Another 3 years and I can get insurance with SAGA as well .

Went via Swinton on line and underwritten by ABC which is LV.

Just got mine insured on a classic policy with Lockton after being SORN for the winter, £450/year limited to 5k miles. Bit of a decrease from the £1600 I paid last year on a regular policy (due to me not being 25 then)!

Insurance is a bugger for under 25s I remember paying £1500 insurance for a Honda crx delsol at 19-20

But Was worth every penny with the roof down..
