SUNday morning
Well the weather is absolutely splendid...the temp is around 18C...the skies are clear, and the sun is comfortably warm...
On my way out of town...
The "berg" on the horizon with the Hartebeesport dam at the bottom right...
A brief stop / photo opportunity....
Then back on my way down to the village...
Another tough day in South Africa...but someone's got to do it...

...and for those of you that may be puzzled, the black thing on the ground which appears attached to my car is called a shadow...it's a phenomena which occurs as a result of bright sunlight....
Re: SUNday morning
Oh well - I've got a bottle of South African wine with Sunday lunch today so I can close my eyes and pretend I'm in the warm sunshine.

Re: SUNday morning
SB, for your information I had my lunch on the terrace today in shirt sleeves, and after the coffee I stretched out with our cat Billy on my lap and dozed in the sun. Then, still in warm sun, I cleaned Zelda's leather seats and applied leather balm, which they soaked up like blotting paper.
So, HAH. I for one am not the slightest bit envious. Also, how did you get that photograph of my wife ?????

Re: SUNday morning
Hi SS... Nothing like a bit of jealousy to get the head spinning...
Those projector lights make such a difference to night time driving...as you may know, the lights on the Z3 are not the greatest on the low beam setting without the help of street lighting. These projector lights make a huge difference, plus I recently fitted the Phillips Diamond Vision bulbs which have also made visibility heaps clearer...
Ah Bonzo...she told me you had HIV..and that you had to wear condoms for the rest of your life...

As the Irishman said, when asked why he wore 2 condoms, "To be sure to be sure!"

Chapter 2 , in which:- "Bonzo Makes a Comeback" ...having taken some dubious encouragement from The Badman, Bonzo makes a suggestion of having enjoyed what was originally a medical process, but which this time has been inflicted by indulgent means...Double "Ouch" This member needs some expensive medical treatment....

Re: SUNday morning
For a dare I actually went to work once wearing suspenders and stockings, going up to London on the train with my wife. It was fine for a while, but then she whispered in my ear that the suspender buttons were showing through my trousers and that the guy opposite was giving me a funny look. I quickly put the newspaper on my lap. Much hilarity at work later.

Is that a note of seething envy I detect... If it's any consolation, the weather is very grey, windy and boring today...but then it's a work day, so can't complain too much I guess.

Re: SUNday morning
Nice area to drive in SS...and your car looks extremely clean...tyres polished etc. And it even casts a shadow...must be some professional lighting the photographer used...or is that real sunshine??
In fact...yesterday was grey and dreary...and today is wet, grey, cold and very dreary...
