Z3M with a few mods...and a little bit more power
Cracking day out, many thanks to Mark for organising it.
My Z got a right royal spanking today keeping pace in the leading group, let's just say it was a spirited drive Couldn't believe I averaged 26mpg when I checked the OBC when I got home in total 200 miles of pure unadultarated fun with some harey moments going up and down some of the dips but a fantastic day for all.
Well done Mark.

Many thanks to all for a great day out it was our first cruise but it definately wont be our last. Slow group for me it was just about bang on for her indoors. Nice to meet so many friendly folks.
I can't believe no one took a pic of the AA van
At least I know you can drive a Z with the MAF disconnected
Great day, sorry I didn't get chance to talk to everyone but I was too busy defending my stupidity (if it ain't broke don't touch it ). For clarification cleaning my MAF sensor last week seems to have broken it and only way to restart the car was to disconnect the MAF altogether.
Thanks for putting up with me jumping from group to group rather than my own but I didn't fancy pushing it with no MAF connected

A big thanks to Deano for organising this, and to everybody else for making this a fantastic cruise.
My god Whitby was busy, but we took over a school play ground to park!
We got lost before the Hambleton Inn, found some amazing roads that I dint know existed....
My black Z is now in desert storm colours.... At least have a few weeks to Newby Hall to get it sorted!
Thanks, hope to see you all soon!

A Grand Day Out! Many thanks to Mark for organising another great Yorkshire Cruise. Some highlights whilst in the lead....
...avoiding a Muntjac deer that darted across the front of my car on the first leg. We could've been leaderless at an early stage
...coming across an 'Unsuitable for Motor Vehicles' sign when Jane (my lovely TomTom assistant) told me to turn right
...continually returning to The Fox and Hounds and meeting up with the last wing whilst trying to navigate away from the place after lunch
...losing the tail end of my group just 300yards after we'd set off from the Hambleton Inn
...but the best bits were taking the flowing bends across the moors at speed. Fantastic!
Some pics:
Meeting up at Wetherby; great turnout
Castle Howard:
At the lunch stop - somehow we struggled to get away from here
Afternoon pitstop at the Hambleton Inn
Thanks to all who came along and made it such a great day.

Just want to say I had a cracking day, cheers for the well organised event Mark really enjoyed it. The first leg in the fast group was spot on, it was good to get used to the car more even when I got lost
And then to see the sights on the second leg.
It was great to meet some new faces and looking forward to the next one.
Thanks again.

I'd just like to add my thanks to Mark for a great day out and all his hard work in its preparation. I know what a lot goes into organising this sort of event.
It was great to meet so many new people doing their first event and I know some of them are now hooked.
Anyone thirsting after more should consider the Cat & Fiddle event at the end of June. Even if you don't want to do the whole weekend, I know JMC would be very happy for you to join in on any part of it.
