Mint in Andorra
Mint in Andorra
Just back from our road trip through France to Andorra. We had the top down everyday, all day some days. We've driven a total of 2,317 miles in our 10 days away, used just over £300 worth of petrol at an average of 35 MPG. The best was 39.5 while pottering down the roads at 60mph, worst was 25, enjoying the twisty turny stuff in Andorra. Very pleased with the car, she didn't put a foot wrong but she's in a (very) desperate need of a good clean and polish. Thoroughly recommend the driving in France and Andorra - not much traffic about. Some photos:

Also a couple of videos. The first video, is 3.5 mins long. It's the ride down from the Arcalis Ski Station towards Elserrat.

Video 2, also 3.5 mins long... This one is from Port de Cabus on the border with Spain down towards the Pal Ski station, ending up at a piece of sculpture - the Tea Cup.

A great trip and would recommend it to anybody.

Hi, was wondering how the Andorra trip was going Dave. Glad you had a good trip and the Z performed well. Wow.....super pics, what a brilliant backdrop for your Z too. Lovely open uncluttered roads, just what you dream of.
See you around, Pete

Pete, yes, the roads were very quiet, especially in Andorra. Great time of year to go down there.Koolflyer wrote: Lovely open uncluttered roads, just what you dream of.
Looks like you had a good trip down to LeMans as well.

Re: Mint in Andorra
Looks like a great trip on some wonderful driving roads.
My wife has absolutely no interest whatsoever in cars and refuses to go anywhere in the Z3 or any of my Triumphs, even if it were a trip abroad. I've just thought, perhaps the cars aren't the problem, perhaps it's me!

Lovely scenery - thanks for sharing - makes you realise how overcrowded the roads in England are.
