Was sent this photo in an email titled "Not the way to do it" along with some other "accident-al" photo's. Hope they get the beasty repaired OK.

where I live that's classed as a full repair in "as new" condition.

I'm not keen on the new front grill look - a bit too wide for my taste :D

They've not even used proper gaffer tape - that's brown parcel tape... wonder if they asked the post office to deliver it somewhere... and they took their usual care of it. :P

That's a lovely job on that SD1, real skilled craftsman; although if you look very closely you can see a tiny bit of filler on the wing extensions.
